At Sundarban Anusha Tour & Travels, we value our guests’ trust and aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the commitments we make to our partners and service providers.
✅ Refund Guidelines:
Cancellation 30 days before the tour
If you cancel your booking one month prior to the tour date, 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.Cancellation 15 to 20 days before the tour
If you cancel your booking 15 to 20 days prior to the tour, 70% of the booking amount will be refunded.Cancellation 10 days before the tour
If you cancel your booking 10 days before the tour, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.Cancellation within 5 days of the tour
Unfortunately, no refund will be provided if the tour is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled date.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact details.
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, special refund rules may apply.
